When should gutters be cleaned here?
Late autumn once the leaves are down is the critical one, and a spring pass after the winter needle drop. Properties under conifers often need three visits, because cedar and fir shed year round.
Do you remove roof moss?
We clear surface moss and treat regrowth. Heavy established moss that has lifted shingles is a roofing job rather than a cleaning one, and we will say so instead of taking the work.
Will you damage my roof walking on it?
We work from ladders wherever possible and avoid walking on tile, slate or aged asphalt. Where a roof cannot be accessed without risk of damage, we will tell you rather than proceed.
Do you install gutter guards?
No, we do not install them. We do clean gutters that already have them, though guarded systems still need clearing. They slow debris rather than stop it.
