Classrooms, gyms and washrooms
School and campus cleaning.
Schools concentrate a lot of people into a small footprint and then empty completely for months. Both states matter. Term-time work is high-touch surface control and washroom frequency. The summer break is when the deep work that cannot happen around children actually gets done: floors stripped, carpets extracted, everything reset before September.

What the job includes.
Classrooms
Desks, high-touch surfaces, floors and the sink areas in primary rooms.
Washrooms at high frequency
The single most complained-about area in any school, serviced accordingly.
Gyms and activity spaces
Floor care appropriate to sprung and coated surfaces, plus mats and equipment.
Hallways, lockers and entrances
The circulation space that takes the whole population several times a day.
Staff rooms and offices
Cleaned on the same standard rather than treated as an afterthought.
Summer deep-clean programme
Floor stripping, carpet extraction and full reset during the break.
How it runs.
-
Site access requirements
Specify required background checks, supervision and access documentation before agreeing the cleaning scope.
-
Term-time work after hours
Cleaning happens once the building is empty, never around students.
-
Break periods used properly
The deep work is scheduled into spring break and summer, when it can actually be done.
What changes the price.
Quotes are free and given in writing after we have seen the space. These are the things that actually move the number.
Student population
Washroom frequency and high-touch surface load follow headcount, not building size.
Term versus break
Term-time is routine. Break periods carry the deep work and are quoted separately.
Specialist spaces
Gyms, science rooms and daycare areas each need different products and frequencies.
Questions we get asked.
Are your staff criminal record checked?
Yes, including vulnerable sector checks for any site with children. Documentation is provided before a contract starts.
Can you work during the school day?
We prefer not to. Classroom work happens after hours. Daytime coverage is limited to washroom servicing and spill response where a school wants it.
Do you handle daycares as well as schools?
Yes. Daycares need a higher high-touch frequency and more careful product selection, and are scoped separately from a school of the same size.
What happens over the summer?
That is when the deep work goes in: floor stripping and resealing, carpet extraction, walls and vents. It is the only window where that work does not disrupt anyone.
