Documented sanitation scope

Medical and clinic cleaning.

Medical cleaning differs from commercial cleaning in one way that matters: it has to be documented. What was cleaned, with what, at what frequency, by whom. A clinic that cannot produce that record has a problem regardless of how clean the building actually is. We build the scope as a document first and clean to it second.

Way2Shine medical and clinic cleaning

What the job includes.

  • Patient and treatment rooms

Between-patient and end-of-day routines, with high-touch surfaces specified individually.

  • Reception and waiting areas

Seating, counters, door furniture and the toys or magazines that get overlooked.

  • High-touch surface register

Handles, rails, switches and card readers, listed rather than left to judgment.

  • Washrooms and consumables

Serviced and restocked on a logged schedule.

  • Hard floors

Cleaned to suit vinyl and sheet flooring, including coved edges where dirt collects.

  • Documented scope and sign-off

A written record of what is done and when, which is the part you can actually show.

How it runs.

  1. Scope written before work starts

Agreed with your practice manager and held as a document, not an understanding.

  2. Worked around patient hours

Evenings and early mornings so treatment rooms are never occupied.

  3. Logged each visit

Completion recorded so the record exists when somebody asks for it.

What changes the price.

Quotes are free and given in writing after we have seen the space. These are the things that actually move the number.

  • Number of treatment rooms

Each room has its own between-patient and end-of-day routine.

  • Documentation requirements

A logged, written scope takes more to run than an undocumented one, and it is the point.

  • Hours of operation

Evening and early-morning work so treatment rooms are never occupied.

Questions we get asked.

Do you handle biohazard or sharps waste?

No. Regulated medical waste and sharps require a licensed handler with specific transport and disposal authority. We clean around correctly stored waste and will not touch the waste stream itself.

Are your staff screened?

Tell us your screening and confidentiality requirements before booking, and ask for the documentation your clinic needs before site access is approved.

What disinfectants do you use?

Confirm the products, surface compatibility and label contact times with the team before booking. Your clinic can specify any approved-product or infection-control requirements.

Can you clean dental practices?

Yes. Dental operatories are included, cleaned around your own instrument reprocessing, which stays with your clinical staff.
