Construction dust is not normal dust. It is drywall and silica, it settles three times after you think you are finished, and it will ruin a handover. We clean post-construction in passes, letting the air settle between them, rather than one sweep that looks fine until the light changes.

Rough clean
Debris, packaging and bulk material out before the finish trades arrive.
Fine dust removal
Multiple passes on ledges, frames, vents and the tops of everything.
Window and glass detail
Stickers, paint spots, silicone and site film removed.
Fixture and finish detail
Cabinets, hardware and appliances cleaned inside and out.
Floor protection removal
Coverings lifted, adhesive residue cleaned off the finished floor.
Final handover clean
The pass that happens after the trades, immediately before walkthrough.

How soon before handover should we book?
Book the slot early, but the final pass should happen after the last trade leaves. We schedule it as close to walkthrough as possible.
Do you do one pass or several?
Several. Fine construction dust re-settles, so a single clean will look wrong within a day. The number of passes is in the quote.
Can you work overnight to hit a deadline?
Yes. Overnight and weekend work is normal for us on construction sites.
